Understanding Your Policy
Read your policy carefully. The most important sections of the
policy are:
Limitations and Exclusions
This section will tell you what is not covered under our
policy.
Eligibility
This section tells you who is eligible to be covered under the
policy.
Benefits
This section describes what is covered under your policy.
Note
It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand the terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions of your
insurance policy. If you have questions about your coverage, please contact our customer service centre
1.877.894.6453, where someone will assist you. Or click on the PDF policy document or link provided in the
products section and read the document and coverage related to the product you are interested in. Many policies
have limitations, waiting periods for or exclude pre-existing medical conditions. If you or the person seeking
insurance has been treated for a medical condition then such conditions are pre-existing medical conditions. In
this case you should notify your insurance company and get confirmation in writing that you will be covered for
these conditions if you want them covered; otherwise, you could find a claim resulting from those conditions would
not be covered under the policy you purchase.
Be sure to read your policy. Or ask for help 1.877.894.6453, helpline@inglememberbenefits.com
